Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in business development or channel management in financial services or fintech
• Proven track record of developing and executing business plans
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making
• Experience with SBA lending is required
