Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Account Executive (Small Business Market).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives to ensure client success and retention
• Oversee strategic account management and drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Act as a point of escalation for complex client issues and ensure effective communication of product updates

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a customer success or account management team
• Minimum 7 years of overall experience in customer success or account management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Deep knowledge of HSA, HRA, FSA, and related regulatory requirements preferred
• Proficiency in CRM and client engagement platforms, such as Salesforce
