Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Coordinator to assist individuals experiencing opioid dependence through the enrollment process for telemedicine-based treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for individuals interested in medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
• Conduct outreach to potential patients and schedule intake calls while providing an overview of the treatment model
• Verify insurance coverage, register patients, and maintain communication with the care team to ensure a smooth enrollment process

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting
• Previous experience in a call center environment
• Experience with insurance verification
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Preferred experience working with individuals facing substance use dependency
