• Review and process member prescriptions or prior authorizations, ensuring data accuracy
• Consult with physicians and pharmacy technicians regarding clinical information and coverage determinations
• Organize workload and comply with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Doctorate of Pharmacy
• Active State Pharmacist License in Illinois
• Experience working in a call center or similar environment
• Ability to work with multiple computer systems and screens
• Excellent attendance record
