Job Summary

A company is looking for an E-Filing Specialist responsible for electronically filing documents in state and federal courts.

Key Responsibilities

• Electronically file documents in federal and state courts, adhering to applicable court rules
• Act as a liaison between courts and attorneys on procedural and technical matters
• Assist with special projects and serve as a back-up for overflow docketing requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
• 5 - 7 years of experience as a docket specialist, preferably in a law firm environment
• Proficiency with e-Filing documents in state and federal courts
• Experience with rules-based docketing and CompuLaw is a plus
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
