Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Operations Counsel attorneys, focusing on coaching and professional growth
• Monitor team capacity and case distribution to ensure efficient case progression and sustainable workloads
• Act as a primary escalation point for legal and operational questions, collaborating with cross-functional partners to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of immigration law experience, including nonimmigrant and immigrant matters
• 5+ years of experience managing direct reports and conducting performance reviews
• Proven ability to manage high case volumes under time-sensitive conditions
• Strong technological fluency and eagerness to leverage technology for operational efficiency
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments while managing multiple priorities
