Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist to draft, negotiate, and manage various agreements with a focus on SaaS agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, review, draft, and negotiate SaaS agreements and other related contracts
• Identify and recommend modifications for terms that deviate from corporate standards, collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Provide guidance on contract issues and assist in establishing initiatives for the contracts function

Required Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in technology-related agreements, with 3+ years specifically in SaaS or enterprise software agreements
• Strong understanding of contract provisions, risks, and relevant legal areas
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Experience with SalesForce.com and DocuSign is preferred
