Law Externship - Georgia

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Law Extern for Fall 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with drafting discovery responses and preparing for mediation/arbitration/trial
• Work independently or as part of a team to draft pleadings and gather necessary documents and information
• Perform legal research as needed

Required Qualifications

• Must be a 2nd or 3rd year law student (or 4th year if in a part-time or JD/MBA program) enrolled in an ABA-approved law school
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Interest in civil litigation, personal injury, and insurance
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
