Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for the 11:30am - 8:00pm EST shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Field phone calls and emails from clients and participants regarding account inquiries and support
• Process forms and enter data related to benefit processes in a timely manner
• Maintain quality work that exemplifies and promotes the company's core values

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least one year of professional work experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume environment
• Experience in benefits management (CDH and COBRA knowledge) is highly preferred
• Availability for 3-4 weeks of training and to work the specified shift upon completion
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
