Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Representative - Clinical Support - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor with daily tactical issues, training, and coaching
• Act as a subject matter expert in CAS PA Admin processes and procedures
• Manage escalated CAS PA Admin issues and handle special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the Prior Authorization and Appeals Administration department
• Must maintain good attendance and performance standing
• Flexibility to work various shifts between 8am and 8pm
• High school diploma or G.E.D
