Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conlan Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Conlan Claims in accordance with existing Court Order Guidelines
• Navigate through the DHCS Provider and Beneficiaries webpage
• Generate acknowledgment and claim status letters to submitters

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service and/or medical-related experience
• Ability to follow directions without deviation
• Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
• Experience with computer software and telephone technology, including help desk software
