Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduler (40 hrs. Day Shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates scheduling and referrals to healthcare providers and services, obtaining approval for changes or cancellations
• Assists with maintaining and updating provider contact information
• Ensures all medical appointments and patient information are entered into the electronic medical system

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
• No experience required
• Ability to perform frequent lifting/carrying of objects weighing 0-25 lbs
• Frequent use of vision and hearing for communication and monitoring purposes
• Occasional lifting/carrying of objects weighing 25-50 lbs
