• Proven track record in designing and automating HR processes in high-growth environments
• Deep experience with People Tech stacks and a strong orientation toward AI/automation tools
• Demonstrated success in managing office buildouts and workplace operations across multiple geographies
• Exceptional program management and stakeholder engagement skills
