Key Responsibilities

• Manage Parallels RAS infrastructure build and support
• Provide all levels of end user support
• Oversee VMware virtualization support and Microsoft M365 Tenant support

Required Qualifications

• Experience in desktop support and infrastructure management
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies, specifically VMware
• Familiarity with Microsoft M365 services
• Relevant technical certifications may be preferred
• Ability to manage a team and coordinate support efforts
