Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduling Specialist I Bilingual (English / Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Complete appointment scheduling, cancellations, and confirmations by matching patient preferences with physician-specific guidelines
• Coordinate and maintain accurate patient registration, demographic, and insurance information
• Process multi-channel messages related to patient and physician requests and achieve quality and service goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of medical terminology and computer systems
• Ability to work in a team environment and assist with training new hires
