Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary advisor for Sales on deal structure, discount strategy, and Order Form generation
  • Oversee end-to-end deal governance, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with revenue-recognition policies
  • Enhance quote-to-cash processes through documentation, automation, and cross-functional projects
Required Qualifications
  • Several years of Deal Desk or Order Management experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce, including Opportunities, Products, and Accounts
  • Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models and MRR/ARR metrics
  • Ability to interpret legal language and collaborate on non-standard terms
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including lookups and pivot tables
