Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Revenue Operations (RevOps).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the GTM tech stack to support scalability and team efficiency
  • Build and manage reporting infrastructure for pipeline health, conversion metrics, and revenue performance
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops, including 2 years in a leadership role
  • Deep experience with Salesforce and knowledge of marketing automation and sales engagement tools
  • Proven ability to leverage data for decision-making and optimizing GTM strategy
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with senior leadership
  • Highly organized and process-driven with strong project management skills
