Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth and client adoption of their Automated AI Workflow & Agents platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing enterprise deals
• Guide clients through structured pilots and multi-phase deployment strategies
• Build compelling business cases and pitch to stakeholders ranging from C-Suite to TA leaders

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of total experience, with 2-5+ years in B2B SaaS, AI, or HR tech sales
• Experience selling early-stage or cutting-edge tech, especially in pilot-led motions
• Proven ability to translate complex solutions into boardroom-ready value stories
• Familiarity with recruiting KPIs: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, funnel conversion, etc
• Fluency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, or Copilot
