A company is looking for a CPC Processor Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Process medical record requests by handling calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
• Document information across multiple platforms using dual computer monitors
• Work effectively in a high-volume production environment

Required Qualifications and Education

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM EST
• Experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred
• Comfortable with processing and managing sensitive information
