Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide technical support for their solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line telephone technical support and troubleshoot basic customer problems
  • Accurately record and document customer cases and establish case priorities
  • Manage an individual open case queue and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Up to 2+ years of previous phone technical support experience
  • Understanding of SQL or other troubleshooting languages is preferred
  • Knowledge of remote tools and basic networking is required
  • Previous experience in enterprise/mid-sized software support is preferred
  • Knowledge of banking practices is helpful
