Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support by handling incoming calls and explaining healthcare benefits and options
• Resolve member issues by identifying needs and determining appropriate next steps
• Coordinate follow-up by making outbound calls to complete research or deliver updates

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and call documentation tools
• Ability to manage multiple member requests efficiently
• Willingness to learn about healthcare plans, systems, and regulations
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
