Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative to provide exceptional support to customers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, order status, and shipping details
  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure all specifications and information are complete
  • Maintain adherence to service quality standards and the company's ISO quality management system
Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to engage professionally and courteously with customers
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience or working knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP (preferred)
  • Effective time management skills and ability to work independently
