Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Agent for a 1-year contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Process transactions and inquiries using Outlook, SAP, and Esker
• Receive calls from distributors and end users
• Provide reliable information to internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

• College or University diploma/degree
• Bilingual (French/English) language skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high call volume environment
• Strong keyboard and data entry skills (minimum 30 wpm)
• Dependable and capable of making decisions with minimal supervision
