Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations of Member Advocates and Processors, focusing on staffing and quality assurance
  • Assist in hiring, training, and development of new team members, and handle escalated inquiries
  • Monitor workflow and implement efficiencies to improve service levels and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in Employee Benefits Administration or a related industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with COBRA Administration and related services is ideal
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate staff
  • Benefit Administration experience or life and health license is a plus
