Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance creator engagement and retention in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-potential creators, supporting them in launching and growing their mobile apps
  • Design onboarding flows to convert initial excitement into sustained traction and revenue
  • Monitor creator health using metrics and proactively address potential churn by guiding creators through challenges
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years in a high-touch Customer Success or Creator Success role, preferably in SaaS or EdTech
  • Experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment
  • Familiarity with lifecycle tools and customer data platforms
  • Understanding of onboarding psychology and customer lifecycle metrics
  • Strong project management skills for handling multiple creator engagements simultaneously
