Product Support IT Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support/IT Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide product support to customers and in-house customer support representatives
• Deliver technical support for internal systems and IT infrastructure
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar major preferred
• Demonstrated ability in problem solving and troubleshooting strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications preferred
• Experience with or willingness to learn CAD/3D modeling is a plus
