Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, including patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
• Document and relay patient information while ensuring compliance with Practice guidelines
• Participate in training, assist in training new personnel, and identify process improvements for a positive patient experience

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Ability to explain healthcare issues with empathy and concern
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Comfortable using multiple advanced communication tools
• Effective interpersonal skills to work in a diverse team environment
