Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Call Center Agent who will handle calls from clients seeking to schedule or change appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Field calls from prospective clients in a timely and friendly manner
• Encourage appointment scheduling and ensure client satisfaction using established call scripts
• Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls while fulfilling other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior veterinary experience and/or prior call center experience in a medical setting is preferred
• Ability to work remotely and productively as part of a team
• Availability to work 30-40 hours a week from home with a high-quality internet connection
• Passion for client experience and making every client feel important and valued
