Customer Success Manager, SMB

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the SMB EMEA market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with SMB customers across EMEA
  • Own the renewal process for assigned accounts and anticipate risks to protect retention
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and partner with Sales to execute growth strategies
Qualifications
  • Bilingual fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is essential
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role, preferably with SMB SaaS customers
  • Proven success in managing renewals and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Experience with SaaS solutions, particularly in PLM or enterprise software
  • Strong understanding of account health metrics and proactive engagement strategies
