Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success / Security Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support to customers, managing support tickets via phone, email, and live chat
• Assist in the deployment of products and improve internal processes through data entry and resource management
• Stay updated on product changes and assist the Security Team with administrative support

Required Qualifications

• Preferred bilingual (English/Spanish) with previous customer service experience
• Experience in providing application and technical support to customers
• Knowledge of compliance and information security is preferred
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft products at an advanced level is preferred
