Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for escalated inquiries, responding to clients and consumers professionally across various communication channels
• Review and interpret claims-related records to support quality assurance and project accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school or foreign law degree with LLM
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage shifting priorities and work independently
• Strong technical proficiency, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Demonstrated critical thinking and organizational ability
