Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Professional to provide exceptional service to Financial Professionals and their clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a compassionate voice and problem solver for Financial Professionals and their clients
  • Advocate for policyholders by addressing their unique needs and concerns promptly and efficiently
  • Handle inbound calls, resolve inquiries, and educate clients on policy benefits while ensuring a seamless customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a contact center environment
  • Experience with life insurance products and/or Series 6 license preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to company policies and procedures
