Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the student-counselor matching process and manage a team of student success managers
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and quality management of the global counselor network
• Oversee customer support and escalation teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain service quality

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in operations, customer success, or program management
• Experience in handling customer escalations with empathy
• Background in recruiting or managing service providers is a strong plus
• Proven experience in a startup or high-growth service environment
• Experience building workflows in tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
