Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Care Veterinary Technician Shift Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to Virtual Care Team Managers and lead daily execution for medical quality and member experience
• Monitor and respond to escalations, manage labor, and ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs
• Train and develop new team members and present medical topics at team meetings

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in small animal veterinary medicine and surgery
• Graduation from an AVMA-accredited veterinary technician school with active VN licensure
• Proficient in MA Guidelines, Protocols, and SOPs for Virtual Care
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of emotional intelligence and willingness to learn leadership skills
