Compact RN Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Care Coordination team, providing coaching and performance management
• Support patient messaging workflows and act as a clinical escalation point for Care Coordinators and Providers
• Define and optimize nursing workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams for platform improvements

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Compact RN license required; CA licensure preferred
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in telehealth or remote care delivery
• Prior experience leading or managing teams
• Deep understanding of digital health workflows and integrated care models
• Able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment
