Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting/FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting process and special analyses
• Oversee execution of all financial accounting activities and ensure integrity of account reconciliation processes
• Lead the financial close process and ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance
• Minimum of 5 years of management-level experience
• Manufacturing company accounting experience
• Understanding of percent complete revenue recognition and financial information systems requirements
