Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Life Insurance Underwriter to support the underwriting department remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Review life rider applications, reinstatements, and evaluate risk to make underwriting decisions
• Manage communications and transactions related to underwriting requests and agent license errors
• Maintain accurate documentation and case files for all underwriting activities

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent with some underwriting, insurance, or administrative experience preferred
• Ability to analyze data and apply underwriting guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
