Key Responsibilities

• Lead consultative discussions to align hiring strategies with business objectives
• Own searches from kickoff to offer acceptance while ensuring high-quality candidate experiences
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements for efficient and equitable hiring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical and G&A roles, preferably in a SaaS B2B startup
• Proven success in influencing executives and shaping hiring strategies
• Expert sourcing skills using advanced recruiting tools
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect hiring decisions with company objectives
• Exceptional judgment and relationship-building skills
