Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on product counseling, data protection, intellectual property, and technology transactions
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle to manage legal and regulatory risks
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, focusing on data privacy and intellectual property provisions

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and JD required
• 8+ years of relevant legal experience in product counseling, data privacy, and intellectual property
• Technical background, preferably with a degree in engineering or experience in cybersecurity
• Proven ability to identify issues and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision
• Exceptional attitude and strong work ethic
