Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Researcher (Mandarin/English).

Key Responsibilities

• Research legal requirements and manage licensing and compliance based on federal and state laws
• Research local laws and regulations in China
• Conduct contract reviews and assist in the design and improvement of legal and compliance policies

Required Qualifications

• Strong academic background in law (Bachelor's degree, JD, LLM, or PhD)
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
• Strong ability to quickly synthesize and apply new information
• A strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
