Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Attorney to support the Legal and Procurement teams in managing vendor and procurement-related contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various procurement and vendor-related contracts
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts meet operational needs and corporate standards
  • Identify and mitigate legal and business risks in procurement contracts and assist with contract lifecycle management
Required Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Admission (or eligibility for admission) to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • 3-5 years of legal experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department
  • Familiarity with procurement or commercial contracts is preferred
  • Active license to practice law in a U.S. state
