Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel (Business Litigation) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tactical legal advice and support to internal clients across various business areas
• Conduct research, drafting, and manage litigation efforts for assigned business areas
• Advise on compliance with regulatory requirements and develop legal training for internal clients

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree
• Current license to practice law in Minnesota
• 5 years of experience as an attorney or in a related regulatory/compliance role
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with managed care companies or healthcare clients
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
