A company is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join their Legal Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization and management of regional corporate records in secure document management systems
• Manage statutory filings with local regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with local requirements
• Organize and support board and shareholder meetings, including preparing necessary documentation and managing logistics

Required Qualifications

• University level degree or equivalent, with 5+ years in a corporate secretarial, governance, or compliance role
• Experience in multi-jurisdictional governance
• Strong understanding of corporate secretarial obligations and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in corporate governance software and document management systems
• Experience with board portal software, managing board materials, and coordinating electronic meetings
