Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney with Unlawful Detainer and/or Habitability Experience for a remote contract engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, and legal correspondence
• Handle all aspects of discovery, hearings, and trial preparation
• Communicate clearly both orally and in writing

Required Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing in California
• J.D. from an accredited, preferably first-tier, law school
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-service-driven setting
• Outstanding references
• Available for part or full-time engagement
