Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager who will oversee contract execution and archival strategies for a variety of agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including Master Services Agreements and Consulting Agreements
  • Coordinate the full contract lifecycle among various functional teams, providing tactical and strategic advice
  • Develop and implement tools and automation to enhance the efficiency of contracting processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or 5 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of contracts or project management experience
  • Proficient in MS Office software programs
  • Ability to work in multiple systems, such as Smartsheet and Oracle
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to assess contract performance
