Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to support contracting relationships and provide legal advice in various areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Support contracting relationships with publishers in the US
• Assist teams developing software and provide legal advice on privacy, intellectual property, accessibility, marketing, and advertising
• Learn quickly in varied legal areas without prior experience in publishing required

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the U.S
• 5+ years of experience as an associate, with at least 3-4 years of transactional experience
• Ability to work independently with high judgment
• Must reside and be licensed in Washington, Oregon, California, or Idaho
• Preference for candidates located in the Pacific Time Zone
