A company is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead market analysis and compensation surveys to develop and align pay strategies
  • Manage global compensation and benefits processes, including merit, bonus, and equity cycles
  • Design and oversee benefits programs and collaborate with HR Analytics for decision-making support
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of relevant compensation and benefits experience
  • Strong analytical, project management, and process management skills
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, CompXL, and/or survey management tools is a plus
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
