Senior HR Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, HR Reporting & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop operational and ad-hoc reporting for people-related data and metrics
• Manage self-service reporting within HR systems and support business operational needs
• Provide data analyses on HR metrics to leadership and cross-functional partners

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR reporting and analytics experience
• Intermediate to advanced experience with building dashboards and people analytics tools
• SQL or related coding experience within a data warehouse
• Advanced technical skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical skills and a positive, collaborative attitude
