Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, with 2-3 years in a management role
• Experience in full-cycle sales, preferably within SaaS or communications technology
• Proven ability to analyze key performance indicators to drive accountability and performance improvement
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development and growth
• Resilient and resourceful mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
