Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise customer contracts to drive deal velocity
• Design AI-powered negotiation playbooks to enhance Sales team autonomy and efficiency
• Collaborate with various teams to streamline legal processes and mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and active U.S. bar admission
• 6-10 years of combined in-house and/or law firm experience, particularly in tech/SaaS
• Proven record in enterprise contract negotiation and document drafting
• Hands-on experience with legal automation and AI tools
